The Taxi Liner 3 bay for Dolly 600x400 (LP-TAXI-13) is a lean logistics trailer with dimensions 1425×725×2031 mm, designed for simultaneous transport of 600×400 mm dollies on three stations. Bilateral ramps allow loading and unloading from both sides, while the integrated lever ensures rapid and secure ramp opening and closing. The structure is compatible with most towing vehicles used in production and warehouse environments.

The Short-side handle (LP-KA107) is designed to facilitate dolly pallet handling, ensuring low friction during push and pull operations. The component is customizable in length to suit different line configurations. Fixing hole dimensions are compatible with the Boards Holder F system.

The additional shelf for Dolly Taxi is available in two sizes — 1200×800 mm (ref. LP-KA108) and 932×600 mm (ref. LP-KA109) — designed to expand the storage capacity of LP-KT001 and LP-KT021 Dolly Taxi trolleys. Shelf height is adjustable in 50 mm increments, allowing configuration to suit different load types and heights. Load capacity is 200 kg per shelf, reduced to 125 kg when fitted at H=1200 mm. Steel construction with blue zinc treatment to EN-ISO 2081 ensures consistency with the base unit.

The Dolly Taxi is a lean logistics cart featuring 3 levels with plywood deck, available in 1200×800 mm and 932×600 mm footprints, with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. The 3-position retractable towing device enables flexible train configurations, compatible with most milkrun tuggers. Bilateral ramps allow loading and unloading from both sides, reducing handling time in internal logistics flows.

The Set guide per forche muletto (LP-KA215) is a logistic accessory designed to guide and accurately position forklift forks during pallet handling operations. The set supports correct fork insertion, reducing the risk of damage to racking, dollies and pallets. A practical solution for optimising material flow in warehouse and production environments.

The containment plate kit (2 pcs) – cod. LP-KA214 – is designed for fastening rollers on plates with maximum thickness of 2 units, ensuring stable assembly in pallet dolly systems. The package includes 2 plates, sized for lean logistics applications requiring precise containment and guidance of rotating components. Compatible with Lean Logistic line solutions, it represents a modular element for configuration and maintenance of pallet trolleys.

The angular containment kit (1 pc) LP-KA213 is a modular element designed for load containment and delimitation on pallet dollies in lean logistics applications. It ensures correct positioning of materials during transport and internal handling phases. Also available in a 4-piece package to optimize inventory management.

The Belt with ratchet is a securing and tensioning system designed for safe load anchoring on dollies and pallets in lean logistics. Available in Left and Right versions, it adapts to various internal material handling configurations. The dual directional variant allows flexible integration into existing line layouts.

The LP-KA106 upgrade extends the base dolly pallet structure to a 6-wheel configuration featuring 2 swivel-mounted wheels, improving maneuverability in tight intralogistics environments. The polyurethane wheels Ø 160 mm — 2 swivel with brake and 2 fixed — ensure stability and control in production and warehouse areas. The integrated 3-position retractable towing device and folding handle facilitate manual pulling and space-saving stacking.

The Raised Dolly Pallet is a mobile platform for lean logistics available in sizes 1200x800 and 1200x1000 mm, with a total height of 591 mm for ergonomic load positioning. Load capacity up to 1000 kg, it is equipped with 2 swiveling wheels with brake and 2 fixed wheels in polyurethane Ø 160 mm for stable and controlled handling.
