The LL Taxi Trolley (LP-KCL31) is a 3-tier trolley in Plywood Deck version with deck 1200×800 mm, designed for internal logistics in lean manufacturing environments. The load capacity is 500 kg, distributed over three levels to optimize material flow along the line. Mobility is guaranteed by 4 swivel wheels in polyamide Ø 200 mm, of which 2 with brake, for stable and controlled positioning at workstation.

The Removable Handle for LL Trolley (LP-KA301) is a dedicated accessory for the LiftLiner range of the Lean Logistic line, designed to integrate with LL Trolleys in available configurations. The removable function allows you to adapt the trolley configuration to the operational needs of the logistics flow, without permanent structural modifications. Component compatible with LL Taxi Trolley models in widths of 800 mm and 1000 mm.

The Piano per Carrello LL is an accessory within the LiftLiner – Lean Logistic range, available in two footprints: 1200x800 mm and 1200x1000 mm, to match standard LL Trolley configurations. Two versions are offered — plywood with holes and aluminium deck with holes — allowing selection based on load requirements and operational workflow conditions. The deck integrates directly with LL Trolley frames, supporting the modularity of the LiftLiner system.

The Carrello LL is an internal logistics trolley designed for lean manufacturing environments, available in three deck sizes — 600×800, 1200×800 and 1200×1000 mm — with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg. Multiple wheel configurations are offered, all using polyamide wheels Ø 200 mm, including fixed/swivel, full-swivel, and self-aligning swivel combinations, each with brakes on at least two wheels. Optional features include a short-side fixed handle and a light version rated at 750 kg, allowing the trolley to be specified according to individual material flow requirements. As part of the LiftLiner range, it integrates seamlessly into structured lean intralogistics systems.

LiftLiner 2 load units is a patented electric logistics train by K.Hartwall, engineered for Fork-Lift-Free environments through a scissor-coupling system that ensures precise tracking and a compact train length. It accommodates pallet and shelf carts in sizes 800×600, 1200×800 and 1200×1000 mm, with loading/unloading access from both sides and an ergonomic tilt designed to ease the unloading phase for the operator. Compatible with standard and automated AGV tuggers (PLd safety level), the fully electric system operates at up to 16 km/h with minimal maintenance requirements.
