Kanban System

The Systembox Adapter (SYSB-FH) is a T-adapter for Systemboxes that uses a spring-loaded sliding mechanism on the rear groove to adjust the usable depth in 5 mm increments, matching the Systembox to the specific Kanban card size in use. Compatible with card formats ranging from DIN A7 (74×105 mm) to 1/3 DIN (100×210 mm), it enables the use of even small-sized Kanban cards. Supplied in a pack of 50 pieces, including mounting material.

Horizontal magnetic supports designed to fix Cardplan® panels to metal surfaces, featuring powerful neodymium magnets for secure hold. Available in two lengths — 250 mm (2 magnets per holder) and 500 mm (3 magnets per holder) — the appropriate size depends on the width of the Cardplan® board in use. Supplied in packs of 2, they enable fast, drill-free installation on any ferromagnetic surface.

Powder-coated steel horizontal supports designed for wall-mounting the Cardplan® system. Pre-drilled and supplied in pairs (upper and lower rail), they are available in 500 mm and 1290 mm lengths to match different Cardplan® panel widths. The two-rail configuration ensures a stable, aligned installation in production and logistics environments.

Z-shaped aluminum horizontal profile supports designed for wall-mounting the Cardplan® system. Pre-drilled for easy installation, each pack includes two elements — one upper and one lower — available in 500, 750, and 1000 mm lengths to suit different workstation layouts. The Z-profile section ensures stable and aligned retention of the Cardplan® board in manufacturing and logistics environments.

Insert Labels for Cardplan® are label holders with a transparent plastic front that allow easy insertion and clear reading of identification cards for column labelling within the Cardplan® system. Compatible with all Cardplan® models, they are available in five formats (from 75x15 mm up to 210x30 mm) to suit different visual management requirements. Sold in packs of 10 pieces.

The Cardplan® Traffic Light System is an accessory designed to attach to Cardplan® pockets, adding a visual traffic light signalling layer (red, yellow, green, light grey) to transform the card collection system into a Kanban traffic light system. Colour sequences can be reconfigured quickly to match specific production flow requirements. Available in 7 lengths (75 to 500 mm), supplied in packs of 10 pieces.

The Vertical Adhesive Divider for Cardplan® allows the panel to be divided into the required number of columns for differentiated Kanban classification. Permanently adhesive (not repositionable), it is available in two lengths: 1020 mm (compatible with Cardplan® heights 440, 795 and 1085 mm) and 1220 mm (for Cardplan® height 1244 mm). Supplied in packs of 10 pieces.

Systembox plastics are rigid transparent inserts designed to hold identification cards within kanban management systems. Available in four functional versions — Upper, Front, Flag, and Interdirection Symbol — they cover labelling, directional signalling, and visual identification needs in vertical and lateral Systembox assemblies. Format A ranges from 35 mm to 169 mm with a fixed B dimension of 75 mm, ensuring compatibility with standard system configurations. Sold in packs of 50 pieces.

Plastics for Systembox A4 are transparent rigid inserts designed to hold identification cards within A4 Systemboxes. Available in upper (242×200 mm) and front (90×200 mm) versions, they integrate into column configurations: the upper plastic identifies the kanban code of the contained Systembox and is used one per unit, except for the last one in the column. Supplied in packs of 10 pieces.

Steel upper and lower supports designed for mounting Systemboxes to the wall or to a column, available in Upper for 1 Column, Upper for 4 Columns, and Lower versions. Dimensions vary depending on the selected version, ensuring compatibility with different Kanban Systembox configurations. Sold individually (1 pc per pack).

KAN-Label is a self-adhesive document holder for boxes, containers, and pallet feet, designed to support Kanban systems and visual management on the shop floor. It adheres to nearly every surface without requiring container replacement. Available in 9 colors and 3 formats (210x80 mm, 1/3 DIN 210x110 mm, DIN A5 210x148 mm), with internal dimensions of 200x67, 200x85, and 200x135 mm respectively. Sold in packs of 50 pieces.

Systembox A4 is a plastic kanban holder designed to store A4-format bills of materials and documents, including bulky ones. Available in 6 mm and 18 mm thickness, in light grey and transparent versions, it features interlocks for vertical and lateral chaining of multiple units, including other Systemboxes. The 10-piece pack is suited for setting up kanban columns in lean manufacturing and visual management environments.

Pre-cut A4 cardstock sheets for identifying upper and frontal plastics on Systemboxes, available in four colors (red, white, yellow, green) to support immediate visual coding in Kanban systems. Micro-perforation ensures clean separation of individual cards, while printed reference marks allow fast and accurate layout alignment with any standard software and printer.
